Thank you for shopping with Rouvell. Below you’ll find our production timelines, shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and important details about customs and international delivery.
1) Where we ship
We ship worldwide from Tbilisi, Georgia.
2) Production time (made-to-order)
Most Rouvell pieces are made to order.
Made-to-order production: 4–6 weeks
If your item requires additional customization (extra changes to design, special fabric requests, complex alterations), production may take longer. We will confirm the timeline with you if anything affects your order.
3) Shipping cost
Free worldwide shipping (unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout).
Any optional services (express upgrades, signature delivery, special packaging) may be offered at an additional cost.
4) Shipping methods & tracking
We ship with tracked delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note:
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
In some countries, tracking updates appear only after the parcel reaches the local carrier.
5) Estimated delivery times (shipping only)
Delivery times below are estimates and do not include production time.
Typical delivery estimates:
- United States & Canada: ~ 7–20 business days
- United Kingdom: ~ 7–20 business days
- European Union: ~ 7–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: ~ 14–25 business days
- Other destinations: ~ 10–30 business days
Delays can happen due to:
- customs processing
- weather disruptions
- peak seasons/holidays
- local courier delays
6) Customs, duties & taxes (important)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and/or brokerage fees.
These charges are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not control these fees and cannot predict their amount.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it once it is returned, but return shipping costs and any additional shipping fees may apply.
7) Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at email.
If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change it.
8) PO boxes & special delivery instructions
Some couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes or military addresses. If your address requires special instructions (gate code, apartment info, local phone number), please include them at checkout.
9) Undeliverable / returned to sender parcels
A parcel may be returned to us if:
- the address was incomplete/incorrect
- the recipient did not pick up the parcel in time
- customs fees were not paid
- delivery attempts failed repeatedly
- If the parcel is returned, we can reship it, but additional shipping costs may apply.
10) Lost packages
A package is considered “lost” only after the carrier confirms it as lost.
If you believe your parcel is lost:
- Check tracking updates and your local courier office
- Contact us at email with your order number
- We will help you open an investigation with the carrier
Please note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided.
11) Damaged packages
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the outer packaging and the item immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at email with photos and your order number
- We will advise the next steps
12) Split shipments
In some cases (for sets, accessories, or rush timelines), your order may ship in separate parcels. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
